What People Are Saying About Soyka's

In Short – The cavernous dining room of concrete and a high-beamed ceiling contrasted by a polished terrazzo floor is filled in by plush booths and banquettes. The clientele is a mix of arty and more conservative diners. The focus of the menu is comfort food like Caesar salad and fried calamari for starters and entrees like grilled skirt steak with fries and roasted chicken. The dessert section rounds out the menu with such favorites as apple pie.
Would Love to Go Back

My girlfriends and I went to Soyka during Miami Spice month. Daniel was out server and he did a wonderful job at taking care of us.
The food came out all at once, our glasses were continuously refilled without having to ask for it, and everything tasted good for the price.
Great atmosphere, low lighting, background music was low enough that we could still hear ourselves talk. Soyka is great for a group gathering or romantic date. We all look forward to going back for more!
- Pros: Customer Service, Food, Abiance
- Cons: Can't think about one
My Favorite Place to Eat!

SOYKA! This is truly my favorite restaurant, hang-out and the place to meet friends. The prices are extremely reasonable, the food and service are always top notch. A very unusal atmosphere which feels more like NY than Miami and they are the pioneer in the neighborhood to which we are all thankful.
This is also one of the most diversed crowds I have ever scene. No matter who you are, no matter how you are dressed this is the place that will make you most comfortable.
I highly recommend this restaurant if you are looking for great food, impectable service, unusual atmosphere and just want to go out to have a fun time without any pretense
- Pros: FREE PARKING
- Cons: none
Uuugh!

This place gets worse with each visit. Loud obnoxious waiters telling you how little they make (is that MY problem?)Mediocre food, LOUD room (BAD acoustics) It's no surprise that the Coconut Grove location failed: they would never put up with the crap that the uninformed Morningside crowd would!
- Pros: bad service, lousy food, way overpriced
