The perfect meal from the appetizers to the lavish and lush desserts. Thank you.
From the moment we entered we were welcomed with a warm and friendly smile. Johan was our Waiter and was attentive and well informed. Our appetizers were perfection from the Cheese souffle, the
pate de fois gras was awesome and the crab cake melted in your mouth. Our entrees were just a sensation to the palate....the filet with escargot was perfect, the fish fresh and delightful, the veal sumptious and lamb was to die for. Our desserts were the perect addition to a lush and lavious meal. The wine suited the flavor of the restaurant . We will definately tell everyone we know who visits the Miami area to make a reservation and be treated to a european delight right here in America. Thank you Johan you helped guide us to a delightul dining experience.
Hope to see you soon.…
REAL CHEF PLATES!.
I WENT IN A LOT OF RESTAURANTS HERE IN MIAMI AND A LOT OF THEM TRY TO PREPARE GOURMET FOOD, REAL EUROPEAN STYLE DISHES, BUT THEY DO NOT HAVE THE ART TO DO IT.
I WENT WITH MY WIFE AT PASCAL, THE AMBIENCE AND THE SERVICE WAS GREAT.
WE ATE AN AWESOME PLATE OF DIFFERENT KIND OF CHEESES (IT MISSED ONLY SOME HONEYS AND MARMELADES TO COMBINE BUT WAS GOOD), WE ATE EXCELLENT POTATOES GNOCCHI, THE GUYERE CHEESE SOUFFLE' (AWESOME), SUPERBS RAB CAKES AND A SUCCULENT VEAL LOIN.
THE DESSERT WAS INCREDIBLY SOUFFLE' WITH GRAND MARNIER... I'M STILL DREAMING THE TASTE...
WHAT CAN I SAY MORE? THE PLACE IS ALWAYS FULL AND THE CLIENTS ARE HIGH LEVEL AND I REALLY THINK THIS IS THE BEST PLACE IN CORAL GABLES AND ONE OF THE BEST IN MIAMI FOR SURE!
THANK GOD THERE ARE PLACES LIKE THIS!…
Best French Food in Miami. Amazing and satisfying French cuisine... The Gruyere cheese soufflee in parmesan sauce was exquisite. The veal and grouper entrees were paired perfectly with their respective sauces. And the chocolate soufflee dessert is rich, yet airy and light at the same time. The atmosphere is elegant, yet comfortable and cozy at the same time, and lacks the intimidating silence of those stuffy restaurants.…
Had a wonderful time. Saturday night we dined at Pascal, even though it was crowded, the service remained very good throught the evening, highly unusual for Miami. The risotto was awesome excellent execution and fresh ingredients, we loved the duck dish and the lamb. We skiped dessert and probably be back soon to check it out. Recommended.…
There's nothing nouvelle about Pascal Oudin's latest restaurant; it's just very good, very French cuisine..
In Short
The plainly appointed dining room is cozy, comfy and functional--just a handful of close-set tables hugging a short, five-seat bar. The ambience is quiet and low-key; the clientele
relaxed and appreciative. No bells, whistles or dancing bears--the food is the star here. Oudin does not do Indo-Peruvian sushi. Pascal Oudin does French: impeccably rendered, thoroughly classical French. Lobster bisque is lobster-infused silk; duck with apples and braised cabbage is refined Alsatian comfort food.…
