One of the few multiplexes where you can catch the new Tom Cruise flick and the latest foreign Oscar nom.. In Short
This AMC multiplex was one of the first to hit South Florida and, at the time, 16 theaters must have seemed extravagant. No stadium seating--and, OK, so the seats are kind of shabby. But proximity to restaurants, shops and the Grove's nightlife are a plus. What Cocowalk AMC has over the competition, besides the solid selection of blockbuster movies, is several screens devoted to first-run indie films, which they call their Gourmet Cinema series.

Good location. This is a great date theater because you can grab an ice cream or a drink after the movie. Watch where you park. Sometimes, paying for parking is worth the saved time and safety. The ticket counter is downstairs and lines tend to get long. If you can buy before, I'd suggest it.
